Our Ethics and Standards

We have an old fashion approach to business ethics and standards. We believe that arrangements should always be mutually beneficial to both ourselves and our customers, with all parties aware of the details. Our customers are not just a means to an end! We always try to consider if we would be happy with the service we provide if the shoe was on the other foot.

We believe in being completely honest to our customers. If we make a mistake (and we do at times - we are human) we will openly admit it! If we've created problems, we will do our best to fix them! If we don't know how to do something - we will tell you.

We believe in taking on a fiduciary attitude with all our clients, and that our clients should be able to trust us to do what's in their best interest at all times.

When we start a new client relationship, we like to make more of the situation than just a business arrangement. We like to form relationships that give a personal touch to our service, and also to form a pleasant and enjoyable environment to work in for both ourselves, and our customers.

Our existing customers come first! There are times when new potential customers have been told that we are unable to service them at that time, because we are concerned that it may impact our ability to service our existing clients with the high standard we have set for ourselves, as well as take away from the service we should be providing to that potential customer. However, in this - you can be rest assured that once you become a client of ours - you will be treated with the same service and respect that we have treated our other clients with!

We believe in upholding the right. We will not take part in any situation where we believe that deception, dishonesty or any form of trickery is being used regardless of whether it is legally acceptable. We won't recommend the services of those who don't share our standards, but we also will not support clients who adopt the same standards.

We do not believe in the saying "that's business". We believe this is a phrase that has been introduced to excuse businessmen of poor and unfair practices, and to help ease their conscience. Who we are personally, and who we are in business are the same.

We believe in punctuality. There are times were unforseen circumstances may delay us, but we will endeavour in those instances to make a call. Likewise we believe in keeping the customer informed of progress. We don't believe that a customer should feel the need to contact us to chase something up, but rather that we should be proactive and not reactive.

We believe that the workplace should be enjoyable (after all - you do spend most of your life there) and enjoy good clean jokes. We pride ourselves in holding our tongue from swearing or speaking crudely and offensively.

We believe in being approachable and correctable. We believe one never stops learning, and the best way to learn and improve is to have our mistakes pointed out to us.

We don't claim to be perfect - but we do claim that we will do our best to provide a professional service with high ethical standards.
