Web & Email Hosting - Affecting Some Clients (Update: Resolved)
Some clients may be experiencing issues with their current webhosting and emailing. This can affect Sending and Receiving of emails, and some websites may not be loading. This issue is with an upstream hosting provider for those hosted on the Great White Server. Currently we have no additional information available.
Update: The upstream service provider has been made aware of the issue and is currently looking into the situation. It appears as though a rogue process is using the majority of resources on the server. The server does appear to be usable again - but clients may experience some delays or timeouts until the issue has been fully resolved.
Update: Monday December 5th, 2011
We have received various reports that the service should now be fully operational again.
Westnet Customer Issues (Update: Resolved)
Westnet customers should be advised that there are currently issues in regards to various features of Westnets features. These can include email access (sending and receiving), and access to accounts. We also have reports from customers that their port blocking feature has been reset and turned back on.

We have received various reports that the service should now be operational again, although customers still have reported that port blocking has been reset.
Internet & Telephone Communication Issues - Western Victoria (Update: Resolved)
We have received various reports from a large number of clients that they are been affected by a variety of communication issues. This currently appears to be related to Internet connections (through various providers affiliated including Internode, Westnet, Bigpond and Telstra to name a few). This includes Wireless & ADSL internet, as well as landline and mobile telephone issues in the Western Victoria region, including Ararat, Stawell and Horsham.
There is currently no ETA or further information we can provide at present. (Latest report at 18:24est)
Update: Wednesday June 22nd, 2011
We have been advised that a contractor cut some of the connections which resulted in outage for a variety of different communication services. This has been resolved as of the early hours of this morning.

Update: Services appear to be coming back online again intermittently as various routers are power cycled - however the problem is not yet rectified.
Update: Issue has been resolved Friday evening around 21:30pm.
